Lol I fixed the problem. they had an AI package set to "Stay in Current Location"

I am having a problem with my npcs not patrolling. I have navmesh and have tested it with pathing, but they just stand there. I think its a problem with my navmesh because I have other npcs nearby that work. I was wondering if anybody could help me and if they have to download the beta version to see the problem. thx.

I have a merchant that when I try to talk to him, he just says hi and I can't buy anything. I created a new faction for him and also have him in the faction JobMerchantFaction. The faction for him is set in certain hours and a cell for him to sell, but a dialogue window won't pop up. Can someone please help me?

I have a model with textures and my screenshot but I having trouble putting it in the creation kit.

I want to make a painting with a screenshot. Should I edit the model in nifskope, or change the texture with GIMP?
