I fixed it. ^.^ The problem was left over NIF files from the old plugins that were interfering with the new plugins. These NIF files were found in the meshes and textures folders.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I had been really struggling with this update for days. So far so good. The only NPC I'm having issues with now is Jenassa who keeps coming up with the skin discoloration on the head. I'm working on fixing that. I was able to get the files cleaned up using TES5Edit. I've had no issues with duplicated hairs or eyes and the NPCs are loading perfectly with no crashes. Once I figure out what is wrong with Jenassa I'll be good to go on the update. Thank you again. /edit: I found on the NPC Editor page here on nexus that if you add bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 under [General] in SkyrimEditor.ini in your /Skyrim folder that you can load multiple master files on the CK.

I tried that, the only problem is that there are 3 master files on ApachiiSkyHair alone. ApachiiSkyHair.esm ApachiiSkyHairFemales.esm ApachiiSkyHairMales.esm Each one of these is also linked to Skyrim.esm and Update.esm. When I try to load the multiple esms along with EyesofBeauty.esp as well in the CK I get the pop-up that says [Too Many Master Files] and it cancels out. Also when I try to edit the NPCs from scratch in the CK their picture on the right won't show up. So I can't see any of the changes. And I didn't have the ESPs from NPC Editor in the plugin list when I did this. I just redid all of the NPCs with NPC Editor and was able to clean them up with Tes5Edit, added the master files, and then used TESVSnip to get rid of the duplicates. I'm not getting any CTD with Mjoll anymore however I still have a slight problem with the duplicated hairs and eyes. I can tell it lessened though.

I'll see what I can do with the Creation Kit. I was afraid that the Editor would be a bad idea now since the person who made it stopped updating it a long time ago. I'll try to see if I can find any tutorials for changing NPCs with the Creation Kit. Hopefully I can still put Apachii hairs and the eyes from Eyes of Beauty on them. /edit: Would I be able to add Sky hairs and Beauty to it if I edit those things one at a time in the CK? Since it only lets you load oh so many master files. I'm going to try re-doing the NPCs using the Editor by scratch instead of reloading already edited ESPs. Maybe then there will be less corruptions. Then I can open them with TES5Edit, TESVNips, and Creation Kit to fix duplicates and any bugs. Perhaps my biggest problem was that I kept re-editing already edited files and it scrambled some stuff.

Mjoll the Lioness is the one causing the crashes. However for the duplicates I found TESVSnip which I am using to delete the duplicated files. It seems to be working out so far. I'll let you know how it goes after I've cleaned them all up. Thank you so much for all your help by the way.

Yeah I tried to do the automated cleaning bit after adding the new master files. Nothing came of it. I also tried going in and hand deleting each of the copies from Apachii and Eyes in Tes5Edit after adding the master files and I keep getting an error in Tes5Edit. It will spam this error until I have to exit out Tes5. Assertion failure (D:\TES5Edit\wbImplementation.pas, line 6062)

In these mods I use Skyrim NPC Editor to edit the faces of the NPCs, give them ApachiiSkyHair, and Eyes of Beauty. One problem that I have noticed is that the ApachiiSkyHairs and Eyes of Beauty duplicate in the character creation when you go to make a character. Since earlier in the year I have been trying to find ways in which to fix this. I also have been trying to find a way to combine the modded files into one Esp so that people don't have roughly 40 or more ESPs and BSAs to worry about. Instead there would be just two. Now the main problem I am having here has started with this newest update that I've been trying to do. Recently I had begun tweaking all of the NPCs to look better, using some of the new hairs and eyes. Now I get a crash to desktop every time I try to load the Mjoll the Lioness file. If there is anyone who would be willing to work with me on any single one of these problems it would be greatly appreciated. Any tips, hints, or even anyone willing to co-work on this mod with me would be amazing. Thank you for your time in advance.
