Detect if an object is being held with havok?
aridale replied to aridale's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
ahh ok thanks! Its in game script... I never woulda thought to look there lol. I looked in objectref and form... Didnt really know what I was lookin for cause I didnt know how the game would refer to it! Thanks again -
It may seem like a weird question but I cant really think of a way to phrase it besides that. I dont want to know if the player is holding any old item with havok (ya know... when ya hold E to grab somethin) I want to know if a particular object is being held that way. Anyone know if thats possible?

googling "skyrim detect if player is outside" surprisingly enough doesnt turn up ANY results even mentioning it. Its just results on pretty much everything skyrim including "how I made skyrim a completely different game" and "how skyrims difficultly works" which is completely useless I mean seriously wtf google? SO! Does anyone know how to detect if the player is in an outside/exterior cell!? It was easy in OB cause there was a function but I cant seem to find anything related to it on the ck wiki

Im back yet again with another question! This time Im making a custom weapon out of the clutter blacksmith hammer and its working fine so far except it never actually leaves the players hip when I ready it. It just stays on the hip the entire time and I have an invisible one equipped. I can attack and it registers hits just like it should it never actually goes into the players hand! Pics to show exactly what Im talkin about: http://i.imgur.com/ycVpcCJ.png http://i.imgur.com/jPvuO4L.png http://i.imgur.com/8RiMs2c.png http://i.imgur.com/HULkdco.png I made the nifs by pasting the branch from the clutter nif into a mace nif and 1stperson mace nif and deleting the blood and original mace branches. So anyone know whats goin on?

yeah its the same as it was in OB. In my case its fine as youll only ever interact with a single instance of it at a time

Im working on a mod and I want to have a container with no name but calling Activate on it in script doesnt open it because it doesnt have a name. Giving a name and then tryin again works perfectly fine as expected. Anyone know a way to do it or should I start lookin for workarounds?
