So this is my first character and I decided to save best for last... the Civil War quest! I've done the whole Main Quest, made plenty of quests so far, I have all DLC's and I've bought the game + dlc's, didn't download it from anywhere online. I've delivered the axe back to Baalgruf and I'm supposed to speak with Legate Quentin Cipius to continue the quest... but he won't say anything relevant to the quest! He just says random things about the stormcloaks and beating their a**... lol is he mad at me? :P I've tried loading an old saved file and going back to him... nothing. I've tried removing all mods and go back to him... nothing. I've tried changing clothes to Imperial armor (who knows, right?) ... but nothing. I have all Skyrim, Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn patches and the Update all up-to-date, in case that's relevant... I've seen many people with the same error but I've seen no solution to my problem... This isn't just a small bug, I mean... this is a huge part of the story, it's the Civil War! :\ Is there any way to make to correct this with a mod? Or cheats? (without skipping the 'Battle for Whiterun' quest) Please help :( thank you! :kiss:

I just went to make Meridia's Beacon quest and there's a word of power there, I approached it and I couldn't read it, I stared at it for 5 minutes and still.. nothing. I decided to try another one but still nothing worked. Anyone know a solution or know why this problem is occurring? Please help T_T

Thank you! I found it but I saw that it would replace the run animation, which is something that I really don't want at all :P Anyway, the trotting animation is already on skyrim, and I think I can manage to edit it to replace the walking animation! I'm going to upload to skyrim nexus soon ^_^

Hello! So I had this idea quite a long time ago, and today, as I was re-watching the trilogy, I began thinking... ^_^ Why not a quest where in Skyrim, let's say... when you get out of Whiterun and by the stabled, an NPC, this would be Legolas, would come up to you and it would quote the phrase from the movie "They're taking the hobbits to Isengard!", maybe even from the actual movie, not having to be a male actor voice over... and then when the player would say "What?", he starts walking as a follow-up and the player would receive a new quest which would be "Save the hobbits", something like that... the whole quest could be like the movie, or simply save some little people from a difficult cave. I'm opened to ideas to whoever is interested in making this. What do you guys think?
