  1. Here is a simple concept video of what it might be like.
  2. Hi, I've recently started making some Witcher inspired music and I was wondering if any of you tech-savvy people know of a way to implement it in the game? Thanks in advance
  3. Hi, A while back I've started writing music some music inspired by the Elder Scrolls universe, kind of as a passing-the-time-thing. Recently I've found out about the Personalized Music Mod for Skyrim, which allows you to either add your own music to the original tracks of the game, or eliminate the original music entirely. So I figured it might be a way to spread the music around, if there is any interest for it. Right now 2 tracks are available for download and direct use, an and a . As time goes by I'm hoping to add more to the collection. Feedback is always appreciated :).
  4. Thanks to the SkyRadio tip (tyvm DarNilavu;)) I bumped into something more suiltable for what I'm tryring to do: The Personalized Music Mod. This thing is truely terrific. The Mod In Practice So this is pretty much solved. Thanks all for replying! I am one happy camper...
  5. Thank you! It's made with VST's in Cubase. The choir and percussion are from eastwest: Symphonic Choirs and Stormdrum. The orchestra is Miroslaw Philharmonic and Garritan Personal Orchestra. So what you hear is interpreted midi, basically... :)
  6. Well, that looks just perfect really :). Thanks!
  7. Thanks for the feedback :). You definitely have a point there. The track is quite short and has quite a lot of different things jammed into it. This was kind of an exploratory thing so I'm going to try and make more elaborate pieces in the future.
  8. Hi, I've made a piece of music which is sort of a variation-thing on original Skyrim music. It's part of some crazy idea I've already put before the girls and guys over at the modmaking section of this site, so I shall refrain myself from bugging you with it. This is solely to get some feedback, I'd like to see whether fans of the game appreciate this kind of thing. Enjoy (hopefully), and thanks for taking to time to listen to it. Here's to hoping you won't regret it ;).
  9. Thanks, that looks like the right way to go :). I'll give it a shot!
  10. Hi, In Oblivion it was pretty straightforward to use any music you liked in the game by just swapping some mp3's in the right folder. Now with Skyrim this seems to be a whole new story. So the first question would be: Can it be done? and the follow up: Can someone explain it to me? :) I ask because although I really like the music made for any TES game I've played so far, I kind of like using my own stuff in the game because after over a 100 hours of gameplay, the lack of variety tends to get on my nerves. I've put together a youtube with the work done so far, (which isn't much at this point) and although I can relate to people who don't like this idea at all, maybe someone out there does. This is a hobby of mine, so don't expect any triple A sound quality, but I try ;) Thanks in advance!
  11. Thank you both :). I really appreciate you subscribing Elsarian, I'll have more stuff for you in a little while. Take care!
  12. Hi there, I've made some sample tracks for 4 kind of genres and I'm looking for some feedback from the gaming community. I realise this is me busting through the door to talk some more about me, but my simple brain couldn't figure out another way to spread this around... Here's on my channel: I've also made some video's with Skyrim footage, here is Fighting Fire With Fire Gets You Dead Here's to hoping you guys enjoy it :).
