Can confirm this is happening with Oblivion for me. Since I updated today, every time I add/disable a mod or cause vortex to redeploy in any way it messes with the ini and by extension my graphics settings and my ui (I use darnified dare ui). I have to use beth ini to reapply my settings. This has never happened before today.

Haha this is weird.. All of my tracked files on Oblivion Nexus are gone. At least everything on Skyrim Nexus is fine (pheww). EDIT: Spoke too soon. Now all my tracked files on Skyrim Nexus are gone!! :( Another EDIT: Nvm they're back. Still working out the kinks eh?
