  1. Hello fellow Modders I am currently trying to adapt my character Skeletons for custom Quiver and Bow positions. As you may know, quivers were chosen by Bethesda to float farther from the body to avoid clipping into heavier armor. However, there seem to be several stages. (nude, clothes, armor) When the character wears light and heavy armor the quiver jumps further away than it does when wearing clothing or if nude. Now I do know how to adjust the general quiver Position in the skeleton, but where would i go to look for which distance stage the quier is from the body depending on what is worn? Example: Truely LIght Elven Armor and Linkle Outfit (Light Version) are both armors. Yet by default the quiveris is much closer to the body while weraing the Linkle Outfit than when weraing the Truely Light Elven Armor. Adjusting the quiver position on the Skeleton to account for the gap, causes the quiver fit to the elven armor, but makes it clip into the body while weraing the Linkle clothes. Quickly equiping and unequipping the armors shows that it is indeed the quiver that jumps back and forth between two positions. Des anybody know where to look for such a setting? Thanks in advance!
  2. Preferences I guess? I for my part rather have a bugless, glitchless vanilla Skyrim than fancy replacers and skimpy armours.
  3. I have noticed issues like that since Vanilla Skyrim was released on 11.11.2011. Almost 3 years later i still see things like that and start to wonder if i am the only one who saw it or if I am just bad at looking things up. I am modding myself and wouldn't know why expressing disbelieve of something like this not being fixed yet should anger me. Especially if its so quite visible. As to the matter at hand: I do have all the UO Patches running. I figured this might more be a problem with the 1stpersonglove.nif or the .dds file. Here is a random picture from google who shows the same problem, even on other fingers: http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2012/02/Skyrim-Workshop-Mods-Midas-Magic.jpg I guess i just noticed it in my game because it was the magic idle and magic-walk-forward animation where not much finger movement is going on.
  4. Disable the said mods one after another and see if it works or not. That way you can root out the potential problem.
  5. Hi! I've been looking for a mod/fix to the problem attached. But without success. Fingers on some Gauntlets are distorted. Mainly Glass and Elven. (It doesnt have anything to do with an installed mod) I've tried myself but i dont even know if its a texture or a mesh issue. Several Gauntlets in Skyrim have that problem, but usually not as obvious. I'm a little surprised that no one else ever tried to fix this issue, or maybe I just suck at looking it up. Can someone who understands animated mesh-texture relations have a quick look at this? Even a tip on how I might be able to fix this myself would greatly help. Thanks a lot! Edit: Here is a random picture from google who shows the same problem, even on other fingers: http://media.pcgamer.com/files/2012/02/Skyrim-Workshop-Mods-Midas-Magic.jpg I guess i just noticed it in my game because it was the magic idle and magic-walk-forward animation where not much finger movement is going on.
  6. Thanks for the update. I am watching this mode a while now and it has great potential. I hope someone who can script well is willing to take over once you got the files.
  7. Thanks for the answers. About the legal issues: there are none for my country as far as I know. I used to be able to reach the english bethblog until earlier this year when they were still using a language selector, however it is now gone. I tried using OpenDNS with no success.

  9. Hi guys... I was wondering if anyone knew a way to bypass website redirects to other language versions... To be more specific, I am talking about the bethblog site: I am living in a german speaking country and whenever i try to reach bethblog.com, no matter what browser, with or without cookies, i get redirected to de.bethblog.com which is Bethesda Blog Germany. I do prefer reading english websites when the original is english (also playing Skyrim in english for the same reason) Does someone know how to reach the english site? (en.bethblog.com doesn't work btw.)
  10. Bethesda was spying on you and decided to release Dawnguard BECAUSE you were away, lol. Good to see that the Nexus is holding up. 1.2 Petabyte is impressive!
  11. This makes me sad panda :( Don't be, there are some awesome perks for Light Armor which you can get at higher level. Btw: Elven Armor looks like some light thin metal. Sharp steel can probably penetrate it like butter.
  12. Because no matter how well you wear it: Iron, Steel > Leather, Fur
  13. Lets talk abut the real sickos here...: Girls who play girls.... :psyduck: (lol joking) Everyone should just play what he wants; the game was payed for, so enjoy it how you feel like it!
  14. You should check out the Graphics Settings and/or the .ini FIle. You dont need a Mod to tweak your game to run smoother. But If you only want to try to solve your FPS Problem with Mods, try this one: http://skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4387
