  1. Hi. I want to put the idea out there and maybe spark some creativity in one of you brilliantly talented individuals. I really enjoy BG3 early access and I was thinking it would be so cool to have a mode similar to the Xcom games campaigns, or even Final Fantasy Tactics. Of course the gameplay mechanics wouldn't be like Xcom, I mean the squad management and mission deployment aspects. Lets say you have some type of stronghold and you have characters researching upgrades, squads going out on adventures and missions to return with rare items, perma death for characters killed out on adventures, recruitment, etc. Playing BG3 I find myself wanting to create lots of characters, give them all interesting back stories, and then use them all in game. Obviously this would be a mod for when the full game is released and all the tools are available. But just putting the thought out there. Kinda dreaming about it a little lol
  2. Hey, I've posted about this before but didn't get any answers that helped. I get this "weirdness" at night and in dark interiors. I have no clue how to fix it lol. It's very noticable while using ENBs but it's there even with vanila lighting, just not as easy to see. This is a picture of what I'm experiencing, any help is at all would be greatly appreciated. I turned the brightness up all the way so you can see it easily in the picture. The dark trees in the distance and the color changes within the shadows are what I'm referring to. This is with Wintertide ENB on and no other lighting mods enabled.
  3. Hi, I was fiddling with my settings and I have no idea what I did to my camera angle lol. In 3rd person it no longers shows and "over the shoulder" view when my weapons are sheathed, it places the character in the center as if I was in combat. I'd like to revert this back to default. Can anyone help a brutha out???   4. TES Online is going to be a waaay different game than Skyrim.
  5. This is a fantastic idea! I do believe Stormcrown is right though. As soon as another Elder Scrolls game came out the project would likely be abandoned :( Even when the next Fallout comes out I think a lot of modders and players will drop Skyrim. IF this were to happen though, I would help in any way I can. I have very limited experience in modding, I've only made a few of my own followers and that's it but I have been told I have a knack for dreaming up characters so I could write some pretty intersting NPC's into the world. I also do voices very well and could contribute some voice acting. I'd even do some menial tasks lol anything you need. This sounds like an amazing idea and it would change the face of modding forever!
  6. Hey, I just wanted to say thanks to all the mod authors, well known and unknown alike, for your hard work. I originally bought Skyrim on PS3 and loved it but I felt many things were missing. Then I stumbled upon "Skyrim Mod Sanctuary" last year on youtube and was blown away by the possibilities. When I had the cash, I bought a gaming PC and Skyrim and got started modding my game right away. It's an entirely different experience and I thank you all for making this game even more amazing than it already was. You guys rule! I will start modding myself, probably for the next Bethesda game when it's released and once I learn more and become more proficient I will share my creations with the community (if I'm confident in them) Take care everyone, Peace!   7. Hey everyone, I love the Skyre mod and it is now a must have for me, but I'm looking for a mod that will go along side it and add more damage, I mean a lot more! I feel like things should always die from a couple good stabs (player included) and it breaks immersion for me when I'm soaking up 10 dagger slashes or when an enemy is getting hacked to pieces and not dropping. Does anyone know of any mods that can make this happen and that will be playable with Skyre? I tried using Deadly Combat, another of my favorite mods, with Skyre and they didn't work well together. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

  9. Hey everyone, for some ENB presets I've noticed a weird "blotchy" effect in darkened areas and sometimes an irridescence when it should be pitch black. The textures are darkened but certain parts of them are darker than others and give off a silverish look almost. It's hard to describe it. It looks similar to when you open your main menu in game (Esc). The way the games visuals change through the menu's transparent window. I was wondering if anyone knew what setting, if any, controls this type of visual effect and how to tweak it to get rid of it. There are some amazing ENB's that I would love to use but unfortunately this effect drives me crazy so I would like to manually change it if possible. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer. I posted a picture, see the way it looks through the menu window? Thats the way it looks in game sometimes.
  10. Hey, I'm looking for a HD Weapon retexture mod, one on par with the quality of UHWT. The author, klotim, was banned apparently so I can't download it here and my weapons look so ugly without it lol.
  11. I found out by accident that during a load screen if I go to the windows task manager and come back to the game, it loads instantly. I've tested this and IT DOES WORK. I set my setting at maximum with all ENB features turned on. It normally takes almost 10 minutes to load but it takes less than 5 seconds when I used the task manager trick. My first thought was that while the game is minimized it must load faster because it isnt rendering video and trying to load at the same time BUT my question: Is this safe to do this? If not, why? And does anyone know for sure why this trick works???
