Hi, what I basically need is an option to alter the growth of these two skills. I need the two handed to grow at a different rate with swords and differently with maces and axes. Is there a dialogue box to alter these values? Thanks :)

Hi, I want to create a mod - redo the whole "two-handed" "one-handed" situation, and I am only familiar with creating new perks for existing trees, but I dont know how to create a whole new perk tree. Does anyone know how to do that? Do I need to write a code, or am I missing a CK ITEM, like a perktree that allows you to manage the perk trees? Thanks :)
