Not likely that they're going to decrypt it which is probably the only solution. I think if you need OBSE that bad you need to buy a retail copy. But think again, There are thousands of other amazing mod that doesn't need OBSE.

In the imperial city i've found a basement (not the two that involves the dark brotherhood) that has blood in it. But the owner seems like a normal NPCs. Also that people in oblivion has no needs for sexual stimulation :P

Excuse me, Are you using a cracked oblivion? Of course patches don't work then. And take this under advisement , Buy oblivion and stop the illegal activities.

For the fourth time i'm going to say some of my suggestions (with a little update) 1.Improving the construction set , ALOT. Such as changing a static field , Easier navigation, Making it much more easy to add custom animtion, New skills Etc... 2.Better AI , a lot better AI. At first i was impressed by the whole ''every npc has it own life'' but na-ah , They just sit at home reading books and sometimes they get out standing in the middle of a street walking around talking to completly randomo persons. 3.Bigger landmarks , Cyrodiil was nice but not enough, We need better LOD and bigger landmarks. 4.Adding more immersion , For example more radiant AI , Such as fighters guild members raid dungeons to complete quests , Thieves breaking in to NPCs and even the PCs homes and pickpock people As well as actully spending time in jail without getting slaughterd for stealing a jar. Another example would be NPCs moving to another house. 5.Better performence , I think Bethsda could improve this a lot. 6.Fill the world with a lot more NPCs, Not only in general , Like more crowd. Look at assassins creed , They have hundreds of NPCs in the same area with good graphics without affecting the performence of the game. 7.A lot more custom animations , A lot more. 8.The ability to actully have your OWN life , In oblivion you could mainly make money by Thieving or things involving combat. 9.A lot more armors and weapons , Hundreds of them. 10.... I dunno

Not long ago i found a mod that adds a dog companion , And now as you all probably have foreseen i can't find it :( So..a little help would be nice :)

I love the shivering isles and i don't think people should complain about it to much. I was only disapointed about one single thing. Sheogorath is vulking daedric prince! He's like a god! And he has no freaking power at all! I always imagnated daedric princes and lords and powerful and indestructible beings. But no! This dude just wants cheese! I'm not complaining about how he is as a person i just think it's wierd that he isn't more powerful and that anyone can be a daedric prince! And that you almost have no power at all when you become madgod. No special things you can do or anything. I think that If a person that lives in the shivering isles sees you (After completing the SI main quest) They should like admire you and stuff. A.I god it's so bad. Once in imperial city there were a bunch of people going around talking in the market district , Then i shoot on of the talking persons when i was in sneak position and nobody saw me and the person i shoot at went dead right in a conversation in front of 5 guards and 10 citisens and they didn't do a poo. Everything was like normal for them. And that you could just go around with any armor without guards giving a damn about you. It's so wierd.

Is there any mod that makes dremora playable? Just kiding :happy: Anyways i have a few mods that i can't find anymore. 1.I saw a great dwarf mod that i downloaded but now i can't find it anymore , It s not a regular dwarf mod , It really looks like a dwarf with beard , not like a short breton. 2. A rifle mod i've seen around , it could shoot almost every clutter and stuff without bugs.and i mean an old dwarf rifle , Not like a machine gun or anything.
