I've already released one mod for a Skyrim Real Estate challenge, but their competitions are too infrequent to really keep my creation kit in regular use. This wouldn't be an issue, except for the fact that modding competitions are all I'm really wanting to do. Maybe if more people hosted modding competitions, this would keep me productive? I'm hoping for dungeon/house/small quest competitions, if that helps.

You're doing really good work, and I like the other one you mentioned too. :-) You should release them together as a resource, or you could even add crafting recipes if you wanted to go that far.
