Whenever I load the files the geck wont load them. =( also my new vegas keeps crashing for some reason when I start a new game.

well we don't have a scripter in our mod team yet for this DLC im making called "A new Hope"

Then how do people do animation mods.

So my mod team is doing a DLC mod and some of the weapons (Hidden blade type weapon) need some animations on them. I know how to do the animation keyframes in 3DS max. But cant figure out how to apply the animation to the model in NifSkope. Please help! All I know for animation in 3DS max is setting the keyframes and thats it. Do I have to put some animation bones or something. If someone could tell me how to do this or make a video explaining how to do this from 3ds max to NifSkope that would be soo helpful. We need: A person good with scripting A person good with layout for houses, dungeons and city's in the Creation kit (Along with NPC's to populate the dungeons, city's,Houses) A really good Quest designer A person good at texturing A armor modeler. A Good Voice actor (Male and Female wanted) And also another Weapons modeler (currently only I make weapons in the mod team.) My mod team does realize with just me and him it will take months to do. my armor is a remodel of the female imperial armor. I followed some tutorial for a helmet and it worked but the helmet was floating above my guys head and was purple and also had a triangle going across the screen. :wallbash:

So I made a armor for Skyrim but when I put it on a female it flashes for a second on the person and crashes the game. Why is this happening? How do I fix it? PS: i'm very new to armor modding so please help me.

I want one to act like a normal dragon but you can controll his flight when you ride him.

I think it would be cool to have a dragon mount to ride on, and to Fly around on when your on it in Skyrim. I do realize that their big but I would want the mount to be half the size they normally are. PS:I Use a Xbox controller to play Skyrim so if you could make it compatible with a Xbox controller game-pad that would be even better.
