Hey there, When leveling up health is replenished fully. I would like to remove this feature. Could anyone please point me in the right direction. Either via the construction kit or a mod. -
I'm wondering if it is possible to kill people wearing a disguise, not gain infamy, and then take the disguise off and it'd be all whistles and s*** lol. Or if there is a possible mod for this maybe??

Is there a way to change the base magicka regen rate using the Creation Kit. Thank you
