It's a bad bug in USKP 2.0.0. I'd say try 2.0.1a, but that has a bad bug that will infinite loop when you try magic, usually soul trap. -

Skyrim Touring Carriages redirect is going to http://www.nexusmods.com/games/mods/38529/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fgames%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D38529%26preview%3D&pUp=1 All the images and such show up, but not the tabs themselves. So you cannot download the files. I have to hand modify "games" to "skyrim", then it works. -
Touring Carriages are not "auto-riding" -- they have no intelligence, they take a huge amount of prior setup and 6 quests and still required division into 5 short routes to beat the combinatorial math problem. So good luck with that....
