Okay i double checked all mods one by one, most of them worked except CRAFT and anything that works with it. Cant quite figure out why CRAFT doesnt work but its not game-breaking so i can live without it

Having issues getting any mods to work on fallout, ive done archive invalidation, installed fose, and done just about everything that i can to fix this. For some reason almost no mods will work... would it be best to use NMM FOMM or manual installation? Ive used NMM for Skyrim and had no problems and i know that Fallout works a little differently, im really at a dead end hopefully someone knows whats wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
