    1.Go Vanilla, and start installing the mod 1 by 1 till it broke. 2.Use Hialgoboost if you don't care about graphics. 3.Remove shadows if you can live without it, they're memory hogs. 4.Consider reducing your draw distance. 5.Use this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/814/? it makes editing ini easier.
