  1. Thank you yes that seems to have done the trick. I'm close to releasing it now. Thanks!
  2. Hi there. Right now I'm working on a 'Multiple adoption' friendly home in Karthwasten called Greenclaws cottage. I'm looking for testers to help iron out bugs and suggest improvements. If you're interested please message me. Also I am having some trouble getting the adopted children who go live in the house to play outside. They just stand there blankly staring at me when I tell them to go. So any help fixing this problem would be appreciated https://orig00.deviantart.net/41fb/f/2018/206/f/3/screenshot2_by_okida-dci9dnz.bmp https://orig00.deviantart.net/f0e1/f/2018/206/1/7/screenshot8_by_okida-dci9dl6.bmp https://orig00.deviantart.net/e09e/f/2018/206/7/7/screenshot7_by_okida-dci9dlo.bmp (I'd embed images but the forum no like me doing it)
  3. Hi there. I've been working on making pack animals for Skyrim, but not of the usual horse variety (because that's been done a million times) Instead I am focusing on making currently two types of ride able pack animals with accessible inventories. So far I've managed to create a script, borrowing elements from the great Horse Inventory mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15842/ - allowing for the practical side of the mod. But right now I'm having trouble with the aesthetic side. Namely placing visible saddles/packages, on the mounts themselves. Since there are no readily available meshes made for placing on mammoths of cows (part of the reason I wanna do this) I tried to take some of those made for pack goats and horses and alter them in NIFskope so that they fit on the appropriate models either in the model itself or through bodyparts in the CS. All my efforts seem to run into the same problem. I am to have the mesh set in NIFskope, I did the altering right, set the coordinates, the bones and applied - made sure I set it to the right body slot. But no matter what I tried the altered meshes simply did not turn up in the CS. They were totally invisible. Obviously I'm doing something wrong so I'd appreciate help/advice or anything to help me with this
  4. Thank you so much, I added that addition to my script and it worked flawlessly. Now I'm one step closer to my merchant pack mammoth mount. Thanks again!
  5. Yes I am. I made sure of it. And its absolutely infuriating that I just keep vaulting onto its back

  7. Hi there. I borrowed a segment of a script from The Horse Inventory mod to try and give a mammoth mount an inventory. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15842/ The script looks currently like this Scriptname Mammothinventory extends activeMagicEffect Actor ThisMammoth Event OnActivate(ObjectReference akActionRef)if (akActionRef as Actor)if ((akActionRef as Actor).IsSneaking())ThisMammoth.OpenInventory(True)ReturnendifendifThisMammoth.Activate(akActionRef, True)EndEvent However all I can do is ride the mammoth, no inventory opens. As far as I understand the script there ought not be a problem. What am I doing wrong?

  9. Hi there. I've been working on some mods and models for those wishing to roleplay as a Nordic style prospector or trader with a bit of a quirky twist - pack mammoths and pack cows. The general end goal will be to have animals with packs that you can both ride and have an inventory. Here is my WIP with a pack Mammoth Model in Nifskope (still kinda new to it). Made by taking the pack model from the pack goat available model and stretching it out to fit the mammoth. Help is needed in tips in how to make working models, as well as scripts for create an inventory for the creatures. So far what I have is very basic and I'm only just pushing my toe into the water in this area of modding, so to speak. So far in terms of mods that work I've made a rideable cow (which I'd love a beta tester for)
