Was recently looking for this mod as well, I found that the Real Shelter mod can be found either on Steam Workshop (Which is a CoT compatible only mod) as well as found on Tes Alliance (Which is a non-CoT dependent/compatible mod).. I hope that this helps out anyone who is searching for this wonderful mod.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to create a sign texture, and mesh if you wish, for a tavern; for one of my mods? Like it's implied, I only truly need the texture, I can able them to meshes, or create one if necessary.
