  1. just perk animation. do i have to flatten the layers in some way or past my layers on the original
  2. how did you save them in flash? i have exported it and got it working but when in game it doesn't work.
  3. You're gonna need flash and a flash decompiler if you want to edit perks. Welcome i have made this post in hopes to get a simple answer on how to make Animated Perk icons, i have finally made an animation and can convert it into a .swf file that works but i am missing something. *Size(its not 256x256 or 512x512 or anything like that) *frame limit-max and minimum *must it be a vector .swf I hope i can get help and that this post will help others wondering the same question.
  7. Welcome, So as everyone knows Bethesda gave Permission to Jones Soda to label it for Nuka-Cola Quantum and Target got the rights to sell the Quantum. Unfortunately some Wasteland assholes jack them before most could get there hands on them, they were also told to sell one or two per costumer. I was one of those who didn't get one and i'm not alone by a long shot.\ I began working on a label. here is my goal. as you can see i still need to tweak a few things, but i need to find the Font used for "Quantum". if i must ill make the letters but i would rather not, so if someone knows the font or can help me find it you would be doing a great favor to all of the Wasteland. note: the purpose of this is to let all have a Berry Lemonade Jones soda with a fallout feel whilst playing Fallout 4.
  8. The NVidia GTX 970 SLI is better in gaming performance and is why I recommended it. But anything basically that gives 4GB or more Video Memory is best.

  10. I would Suggest NVidia 970 SLI and a i7. most next gen games are going to be using about 4GB of Video Memory or higher.

  12. it said doc error for having { } but now it says it said unable to create new script.
  13. Okay its a bit confusing on what i need to change.it just says it has doc error. Basically if the Gold Ingot is picked up it a Dwemmer Spider is Summoned behind pc/npc then curse is never activatble again. Script Name is DwemmerCurseScript
  14. i actually have a question? i want to make a script that starts when you pick up an item let's say an ingot and on pickup it summons a dwarven spider. i have ideas on how it kinda starts but idk how to actually write it up to work

I have Made this model and i need help on how i add texture to it in Blender 2.6.2 i have given it shading data and Smoothed it out but i cant find and up to date Video on how to do this or the person isn't clear about what your supose to do and Ive even read articles on how you do this and its not Working for me. But if you want to try and Do it yourself you'll need to know how to do the following : 1.Blender or if you can make into other file format. 2.Texture and Spectral map Skills. 3.Converting and adding into Skyrim For use as an Item and Static Object. For Textures and Spectral mapping ,i will change it later or if you dont want to take the time to make. Please Help if anyone Has the free Time. This will be used for My Skyrim Skooma Overhaul Mod.
