  1. I have a very short role that needs to be filled, it's really only a few sentences. Basically it's a grouchy noble selling her house since it's been a little too haunted, and she's trying to get rid of the key and get out of Skyrim ASAP. Requirements: Female, or able to sound female. I'm not picky. PM me if interested and I'll send a script and you can decide if it's alright.
  2. So I'm making the living quarters have like a dozen tiny bedrooms so people can keep all their followers around. The master bedroom and a few of the little bedrooms are going to have those dressers with the secret back panels, and they'll open up to vampire-themed catacombs full of corpses and coffins to sleep in. So basically there are all these cute little living quarters surrounded by death right beyond their walls.
  3. Maybe dragons could simply remain disabled as well as the entire Dragonborn quest line, and the game could focus on the civil war plot? It could be reduced to a civil war game, but the holes in the game would be miles wide. I think it's a possible mod, if things are selectively disabled or replaced with real-world variants. Though it would take more time and effort than I'd be willing to invest. Though the amount of NPC dialogue referring to dragons would still be absurd and kind of difficult to ignore.
  4. I ended up making a home with an underwater entrance, not completely underwater as some suggested. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50111/? It has a very vanilla vibe to it, which was sort of on purpose. If anyone has any suggestions for improvements, I'm all ears!
  5. Here's the bar so far! http://imgur.com/a/99stX
  6. So I'm working on it now, but it's gonna be a while since there's a lot to it! So far I've made the skeleton of the sewer section. I'm making the first circle area a bar with a miserable thrall living in it as the bartender... The circle areas all have prison doors, so basically all the workers and inhabitants are prisoners. My working name for it is Crimsonlurk Compound, which kinda sucks so think up a better name for me. I do want the word compound in it though, I think it's a good description.
  7. Glad you got it fixed! I get stuck with the draugr eye bug all the time, and have to pull up YouTube to fix it... so I can relate!
  8. Open both Skyrim and Dragonborn in CK as master files. Find the appropriate spells, under the Magic tab. It'll take a bit of hunting... feel free to double-click on various spells to read their in-game names and descriptions. Open them up and see what effects are attached. Double-click the effects and see what their CK names are in the little drop list. Write them all down. Now look up those effects in CK. The effects are full of drop menus that specify their special effects (FX). Set whatever you would like to "none." Alternatively, some more complex spells might have a script attached, in the bottom right corner. Select Edit Properties to see what it controls, and change any FX accordingly.
  9. For anyone interested, the final mod is available here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50160/
  10. It would be awesome if all the bards/barkeepers/whatever were Vampire's Thralls held prisoner in the compound. Like there's an ongoing effort to make the home seem normal, but if you wander off the beaten path too far, things get increasingly dark.
  11. I could start making something like this, but maybe not quite on the scale you had in mind, and preferably without DLC elements in it to help with compatibility. Though maybe if it's really so vampire-oriented, Dawnguard wouldn't be too terrible a requirement. Hmmm. Anyways, here's two home mods I've made before, and your idea sort of seems like a combination of the two, but much fancier. Check out the images and let me know if my style is alright with you and you'd like me to take a shot at it: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50111/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31950/?
  12. Hahaha. How about right on the nightstand? :D
  13. P.S. If anyone else reads this and has ideas for "Things that would be really cool in an Argonian home," please do share!
  14. I'm making your underwater house since it sounds like fun, and I enjoy making little player homes! So far I'm thinking underwater entrance... you get into a small cave and swim to shore, and everything will have a damp, swampy feel to it. I'm thinking spiky grass, hanging moss and mushrooms growing by torchlight. I'll make sure all the player home amenities are in there. I'm also thinking of making a small shrine: "Pray to Hist Statue." Like a small tree retextured to look like a statue that grants a small temporary combat skill perk. Or would that be too weird? Do Argonians ever pray to Hist trees? The lore is weird, let me know your opinion. Feel free to pipe in with any other ideas you have... location, ambiance, amenities. It's more fun making a home if I know at least one person in the world will be excited about it!
