Hello all, I have had the same problem as you all and realised that it was because of "raptr" if anyone else has it, have relaunched it 3 times so far and it worked like a charm, all I did was exit the application and it worked all good, hope this will help, and if the people that have the problem dont have raptr, I would suggest to disable the "in-game steam" don't know if it would help but it would be worth a shot, you never know, might be the pop-up that interferes with loading??
