  1. What a shame that Bethesda and Valve decided to go the commercial way with modding. I'm also a mod maker and for me it always was a hobby I did with passion. I love modding and I love to share mods here on nexus or also on my website. They always were free and will be. It really hurts to see this. I can understand that some mod makers want some reward for their work, especially if they spend houndreds of hours into making a mod. At least some of them, the really big and awesome mods, which would be worth paying 1 or 2 €/$. One problem I see over a longer period: What will happen when the next ES or FALLOUT game is released? Why would anyone give away his work for free, if he could get a small compensation for it? Instead of free mods their may be only payable mods in the future. That's really what makes me sad. One of the best modding communitys will be splitted or destroyed. Maybe it's just for some time until the storm has settled, but what if this really becomes the norm... Mods were always done by passion, as a hobby. This is not a business!!! I'm out. Best wishes to all of you :)
  2. Open the install directory of mod organizer, go to MOD_ORGANIZER\overwrite. There should be the generated tree lod files. I used the tree lod file patcher very often for my mods and I never got a problem with it -> maybe you should try to copy the tree lod files and esp file into your skyrim/data directory and run tes5edit outside of mod organizer and try to patch it that way.
  3. You should use AMt's trees, which he released as resource here. I think they would fit perfect for your project.
  4. You need to open your esp file with TES5Edit. Go to apply script and choose Tree LOD file patcher, after that your lod trees should look fine. To remove the tree lod you have to delete the skyirm/data/meshes/terrain/tamriel/trees folder.

  6. Why you don't use a combination of both mods. You can use seasons of skyrim - winter edition with the CoT patch for the standard CoT (not CoT winter)! :thumbsup: The patch enables the snow weather from CoT everywhere in skyrim ;)
  7. Nope FMO is removed and won't come back. I'm thining about a mod "Fantasy Soundtrack Project", which will contain many new songs but only as full replacer of the skyrim soundtrack. Otherwise also SkySummer won't be released anymore, since I am working on some other mods... Fantasy Soundtrack Project will come as standalone mod, assuming that I will publish it.

  9. Currently I am nearly finished with this projects and I have to say it looks fantastic. I will upload some screens. And yes there will be a skysummer.esp and a skysummer.bsa (or 2 bsa files, if one is too big). Currently I have replaced all trees and plants with new ones.   12. Hi guys I am currently searching for someone who could make a MCM menu for the Fantasy Music Overhaul for Skyrim. If someone want to help me just write me a PM and I will explain you what options I would add with the MCM menu. Any help would be great as I am not really good at scripting and such things.

Hi guys, since I am playing a hunter/assassin character on my current playthrough I wanted to have a follower which works as real tank character (takes and holds the aggro of enemies, so as they are not longer attacking me or my healer companion). Is there any way to create a script which allows the tank-character to take the aggro from enemies (as the tank charachters/classes in diverse mmorpgs) ? Or a script which makes enemies mainly attack the tank/warrior character ?. Any suggestion or help would be great. Or is this function already included ín one of the big follower overhauls? Sorry if there were some same topics, I searched here on nexus forums and also on google but there was nothing which was really helpful.

  15. Hi guys, today i was starting to work on the new version of the Fantasy Music Overhaul and than I saw there are no more music types and tracks in the CK. There are only listed the exploring tracks and exploring types, but no more music tracks and playlists of town music, combat music and tavern music. My question is: Where the hell are they gone? I hope you can help me out, otherwise I can't work anymore on the next version of the Fantasy Music Overhaul. As always i've loaded the Skyrim.esm and the Update.esm !
