http://skyrimforums.org/threads/bound-sword-spell-causing-ctd.5222/ It's savegame corruption apparently due to official updates that changed the spell ID. So if you already knew the spell before the update, you'll CTD. Maybe deleting the spell via console and then learning it again could solve the issue.
