  1. This looks like a work of art. Bringing to mind the images of Simon Stålenhag's Tales from the Loop... I'ed be super excited to see this mod happen.
  2. Maybe a backpack mod that used the mesh of a weapon. Something you can equip as clothing.
  3. I very much want to see this for the flight helmets. If I remember correctly, it was a very easy adjustment to do with the old fallouts when using the GECK. Not sure how it's done on this one yet, but I'm not much of a modder. Hopefully a mod like this is not far off as I'm hunting for one too. :)
  4. Maybe you could have it so the sound from when you are a toddler plays when you jump ( "Dadda" )... for immersion. Though it might get annoying after a while, it's better then having the baby start crying for ten minutes whenever there is a loud noise or someone shoots you with a mini-gun. Or maybe the best idea (and easiest to create) is to have no noise.
  5. I was looking at Nifscope and Blender for the first time today in the hopes that this would be an easy thing to do... Who was I kidding, I'm a noob! - So I'll post my idea here in the hopes that someone with actual skills thinks it worthy of following up on. An equip-able backpack that has the Baby from the Pitt DLC in it. The models for the kid are already in the game. It doesn't even need to be Baby Marie, just use her mesh and textures and add it like any other backpack. All it really needs is placement on the back and some straps and it's good to go... I think... Though, like I said, I am a total noob at modding. The cool thing is that I don't believe it's been done before and it shouldn't be too hard to do... If only I knew how. Your character could be like Clive Owen in Shoot'emup, or the guy from Wolf and Cub, a hardened father or mother out there in the wasteland, carrying not just themselves through the harsh post apocalyptic world but their helpless little baby on whom their future will depend... Parenthood and the wasteland could add some very cool story possibilities (even if it is just a backpack). Maybe a small boost to charisma while wearing it could make sense ("Ahhh lookit the cute widle baby!") but apart from that it could be a simple enough prop.
  6. Muskets were faster to load then siege crossbows and packed a punch with a very large lead ball. Also less training was needed to fire the blasted things then for a bow. However - except for a few very slow loading pieces like the Bakers Rifle - Their barrels were not rifled... So they rarely hit their target at more then 80 yards, though at 40 yards or so they were killers. The ball was not very aerodynamic and would often shoot wide, while the pan flash and the fierce kick of the weapon could cause a lot of shots to shoot too high. This didn't really matter though as the ball would drop quickly and they were often brought to bear against huge blocks of infantry... "Ooops I missed my target but that's Ok because I killed the guy next to him... Three rows down... Not that I can really tell anyway as there is too much smoke to see who's who and I'm too busy reloading..." Having said all that - It would be really cool if there was a mod that introduced a whole heap of these as home made, barrel loading pipe guns that belched lots and lots of smoke. In a land where the most likely weapon found was an inaccurate, slow firing musket... Even a 10mm Pistol is king... Provided it's raining.
  7. Well the Pen and Paper rpg of Skyrim fell through with a TpK. Oops... Maybe I'll try Fallout next.
  8. 50 images may be far too many, limit the number if you have to, but I love reading and writing stories on the Nexus. I and many others have spent many many hours compiling and fine tuning our tales. A lot of these shots are laced with a few pictures, weaving a short page of a tale, the flow of it has become an art-form to some of us. It would be a cruel shame to loose all that hard work. To tell these stories the way we do is the main reason some of us (me) play these games. I became a premium member to the ModsNexus and now it seems you are considering to remove the one major thing I use it for. I find this more then a little distressing.
  9. I think I have a similar problem with my companions, they all just up and left one day. Marching off into the distance as I tagged along trying to get them all back. Jenassa still follows me but all the others are walking their own path now, though they still behave like their my companions when I talk to them. Maybe it was the 1.7 patch? Maybe I typed something strange into the console ages ago? Was it something I said? I'm not sure... I've got a lot of mods running atm but I'm not sure what a TGC mod is. I'll try and shuffle some load orders some more and see if that helps, though it all started just after steam updated my Skyrim... If I accedently fix it I'll come back and let you know... Till' then I'll be wandering the wilderness following my followers. :ermm:
  10. Starting a pen and paper RPG of Elder Scrolls... Didn't feel like a big enough nerd just playing it on PC. Hope it works out.

Sorry bout the late reply - I kind of played FO3 to death (FONV as well) I'm sure I'll cycle back to them soon enough, but for now I'm seeing if I can break Skyrim with mods and overplaying again as well... It's a vicious cycle of game binging with me.
