  1. Hey there everyone! So Ive been getting back into Skyrim modding after a couple of years break and during that time Ive gotten into Streaming over on Twitch. Ive checked out alot of the awesome mods like Inigo and Project AHO and all the the awesome voice work that went into them and Ive been inspired to see if I can lend my voice to some of the Modders here on Nexus! I just recently just got some really good new recording equipment, A Audio-Technica 2020 xlr microphone and a Creative Soundblaster K3 Audio Interface. This an upgrade to my current setup where my viewers have already commented on how clear my audio quality is. I myself have been in music almost my entire life and have very good control of pitch not only in singing but in speaking in general I have a very wide range in pitch, so whether you need a rough and tumble warrior follower or a younger child in a quest I feel that I can suit my voice to a wide range of characters. So I myself will be browsing the forums here but if any modders can message me here and if any general users know of anyone that is looking for Voice actors send me their way! Look forward to being a part of your Skyrim game very soon! <3
  2. What it seems to me, thanks by the way for including your papyrus log, really helps narrow things down. It is an invalid script relating to combat. Which knowing that it is in the center structure of Blackreach it could be one of a few things. It could be any of the dragon overhauls you have, maybe due to a change made to the dragon that resides there. It could also be due to any combat mods you have installed, although it is somewhat unlucky if its a specific location. And thats all that I can think of. But it does have something to do combat related, that is calling for a script but cannot find it.
  3. Uhm thats like saying you have a bugatti sitting right in front of you and saying "Just dont drive it." I appreciate the help however, if it's even considered help. :P I ended up fixing the problem. I had merged the Racemenu plugins and the activated the merge mod It had overwritten my SKSE.ini which took the memory patch out and was causing my game to crash. So theres one solution if anyone has similar issues in the future.
  4. Hello all! So I've been messing around with my Skyrim load order, especially dabbling in merging mods which I must say is amazing. But I've been slowly adding mods in to my test play though of this newest load order so I've been playing on this character for about 6-7 hours with relative success, super stable no major compatibilities or crashes to note of. Well in my latest merge of mods (I merged my magic mods and my Racemenu plugin mods) I went back in to test my game and all seemed well except when I went to fast travel. Whenever I open my world map 8/10 times it crashes to desktop. I've been scouring google for solutions but nothing has really helped. Im especially confused as to whether Im supposed to add [screenSplatter] bBloodSplatterEnabled=0 to my SkyrimPrefs.ini, which when I did it caused more crashes when opening the map and even crashed just trying to load any save. Or whether I'm supposed to delete said tweak to ini, which I didn't have it to begin with and when I do refer back to previous statement. Im really far along into this building of my load order (about 10 hours between waiting for the game to re download, and slowly testing each new mod I add in with my entire mod load out being 400+ mods) So Im coming to the guys who know how t mod best! Any help would be greatly appreciated! :) Heres my load order in spoiler form for convenience. Also please let me know if you need any other information.
  5. Hate to revive a super dead thread but has anyone found a solution to this? OP looks like he never replied with his fix which is kinda a jerk move IMO lol anyway, I've never had this problem in the years I've been modding Skyrim but as this thread has said, I boot up Skyrim fine can play several hours no problems, I go to exit then restart the game and game will CTD right as the main menu should come up. The only fix it seems is restarting my computer which begins the cycle anew. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a very strange bug!
  6. Hey all, So O've been doing yet another delve into Skyrim modding and I've got my game very stable, no CTDs or other abnormalities. However I have found something strange in my ENB (Vividian) I see these x like shadows on my entire screen, which while very faint is very annoying as they move as the camera moves. Now, I took a screen shot to display this but it may be a little hard to see what Im talking about so if you need more screens just let me know. If you look at the Auroras you can see them more visibly but they are everywhere. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated and if you have any other info you need just ask and I can provide it. Thanks!
  7. What do you mean by "wall"? I have a pretty beastly set up that could handle 200+ mods on Skyrim so I don't think its the hardware thats the problem. My set up: i7-5820K 16 gigs Dominator RAM DDR4 GTX 1080 and I run my modded games on my SSD for faster load times
  8. Thanks for the reply! I'm going to leave OC Decorator as its a dependent for Boxcar settlement and I really want to take a look at that mod as the screenshots looked awesome but taking out we are the railroad seems like a an ok start. Its a shame that Vivid weathers might have to go cause I really liked it in Skyrim, but I'll give that a shot as well. I'm about to do one more clean install and literally do 5 mods at a time per 2 hours of playtime and slowly build up the plugin list rather then installing everything off a clean install, which made finding the culprit impossible. Hopefully doing that will allow me to pinpoint what mod it is that is crashing me and maybe it could help someone else, so I'll update with my progress. Anyway thanks again for your suggestions!
  9. Hey guys, So I posted a couple of days ago about weird textures missing and I thought I solved my problem but I have continued to get seemingly random crashes. Just a few examples, I click a loading door and immediately crash, I walk around outside for more then 15 minutes and I crash, I 'm at my wits end trying to find the culprit. I've tried doing 5 mods at a time, I've done research for conflicting mods, I've used every tool available including LOOT to make sure my load order is correct. If anybody could take a look at my load order (in spoiler below) And see if they see anything I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance for any help.
  10. So I did some more testing and it seems that the culprit is Eli's Red Rocket Truck Stop, which I guess makes kind of sense as she does add edits to concord (the body of the mechanic that has the key) which is right next to the Museum. I don't understand how a "house" mod can cause such random crashes. Anyone else experienced this?
  11. Hey all, I've recently decided to get back into Fallout 4 but I've run into a hair tearing set of problems trying to get mods to work in any sort of stable manner. I seem to have a random crash about 45 minutes into a game from a brand new play-though. I've tried a complete re-install and in the most recent clean install I didnt activate any mods until after Preston Garvey and the rest leave for Sanctuary. I then thought this was a good place to make a clean save as I had no crashes. I started adding mods a small batch at a time and two strange things happen that I cannot determine the cause of. One: From the outside, the Museum of Freedom completely disappears when standing within 50 feet of the front door. While this doesn't immediately crash my game, I have a feeling it may have something to do with part two. https://www.dropbox.com/s/e8eb2s66wvmojgm/Fallout4%202017-03-17%2003-20-19.png?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/ejbxa4i5sbxm86b/ScreenShot2.png?dl=0 Two: Once I have mods installed, being in the concord/Red Rocket area for more then 10 minutes causes a CTD. I will include a list of the mods that I currently have installed. This is only about half of the mods I have, however the rest of the majority of mods I've yet to install are mostly texture and re-placers. So with a complete mod load I sit around 180 actual esps. And before you say "We'll of course your crashing your mod list is HUGE!" I have ran 250+ mod load orders in Skyrim with 100+ hours playtime with little to no crashes. Mod list in spoiler for convience: Thanks for any advice you lot can give me!
  12. Well done good sir, you've done the modding community proud by speaking out against mod theft! I hope this all blows over and we can get back to enjoying Bethesda games, but if it doesn't get resolved soon I fear the damage may be irreversible. I myself am already on the fence of whether I should boycott all Bethesda products and I am for sure not buying any more Fallout 4 DLC until they fix their broken system.
  13. I actually figured out what my problem was, I had Eli's room makeover for Vault 81 installed before I actually had access to the room which somehow ended up with this. After I finished the quest and I re-installed the mod everything was fine. I knew this was the culprit because I had her mod for the railroad player room and the same thing happened. So point is don't install Eli's faction player rooms mod until you actually have access to them. This is probably on a sticky or on her homepage and I'm just a pleb and didn't read it thoroughly. Now like I said my Vault 95 was fine so unfortunately I'm not sure what is wrong with yours.
  14. ENB wouldn't be the problem, if you run the files without the plugin the enb will simply not be applied. I actually hate the new NMM version that uses the virtual installing method. I had a hell of a time getting my Skyrim mod list working which had over 200 mods. I would recommend to everyone that has problems with the newest versions of NMM is to roll back to V.54 i believe was the last version before they went to virtual installing.
  15. Well if you kept your saves did your saves have any mods enabled on the last save? If you didn't do a clean install then that would definitely be the source of your problem. Whenever you re-install your game and you want to keep your save, make sure you save, disable all your mods (make sure any modded items are out of your inventory and your in a cell that has no modded items), go into the game, make a new save (one with no mods), then re-install your game and then re-install your mods. It's a pain in the ass but that's the only way to save your playthrough.
