what i'm trying to do is add the topic option for buying the house to an NPC. How would I do that?

I'm trying to make a house quest, i've got almost everything set up, but I don't know how to set the house buying topics to an NPC. Please help me.

I'm trying to make a house mod, but I cant figure out how to set up the quest. I'm stuck on configuring to script for buying furniture and I need help. The part I'm having trouble with is the setting up the parent reference in the script. Could a moderator close this post? I've solved the problem by adding REF to the end of the reference editor id.
