My issue is this: looking toward Whiterun from the southern sections of the world, being IN Whiterun, and looking at Whiterun on the map drop framerate from 60 FPS to 10-15 FPS. It doesn't seem to occur from far away from Whiterun unless I've entered Whiterun during that play session. I should also note that the dropped framerate gets worse over time, and seems to improve whenever I restart the game. I assume there's some mod incompatibility or something causing the issue, but I'm not sure how to isolate the culprit or possibly fix the problem. It doesn't seem to lead to any CTD. Edit: jumped the gun a little bit but I've narrowed the problem down to just Open Cities. I've verified my steam files and nothing was wrong there. I've also increased my preload memory as suggested by the mod author. Am I just SOL?
