Nexus Mods Profile

  1. Well, that's easy: anything by Elianora and maybe Elysium Estate, Bluecreek Estate or Peregrine Highwatch (Skyrim)/Dragonborn Bayview (Solstheim). I tried many, many others, and although some do have redeeming qualities, none even come close to the 'Elianora Standard'.
  2. Steady as she goes! Do your own thing like you've always done, because as far as I'm concerned, you've always done it right! Cheers, Liz
  3. If you're are anything like me, you're constantly shopping around for bigger and nicer homes on the nexus. And they do get better and better! One things strikes me as odd though: Most mod-pages list stuff like crafting stations, npc's etc. Nowadays steam baths seem to be pretty common too. Usually there are some pictures that also show what great views you get. Only rarely, however, does it say how many companion or followers can live there with you, Wouldn't it be great if every house, castle, mansion or village mod would also list the number of follower beds? Information for abandoned mods could be supplied by users. Cheers, Liz
  4. On several of my playthroughs I married a modded Mjoll: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23093/? My player character always adored her! Here she is, in our favourite home, Skyhammer Hold (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28839/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fid%3D28839%26user%3D2&pUp=1) http://static2.nexusmods.com/110/mods/images/28839-1-1371573714.jpg
  5. For now, this will be my überhome! We're busy moving in. Can we expect any updates in the future?
  6. Wow! I'm taking a closer look at Skyhammer Hold at the moment. Ok, it's slightly more barbaric than my current home, Candle Pond Ranch... BUT I LIKE!! It has a wonderful vibe to it. I'm seriously thinking of moving the clan there. Ah, hang on, the tour continues, the realter is calling...
  7. I've had a look at it. It has many nice features! But I'm not sure my ladies will like the barbarian style, though. Mjoll (Ms. Dovakiin) might, but Serana, Cerwiden, Illiana, Vilja probably won't... :ermm:
  8. I agree. I had that one earlier on in the game, but I'm on 5 followers and counting, and most of the plaques were full too, so we had to move house.
  9. Thnx, I'll have a look at these. ... They're all a bit grim for my taste, but thanks anyway!
  10. Thnx, yeah, I forgot to mention Castle Stunmah (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13236//?), which I love for its interior and its windows. But we've grown out of that. I wish someone would expand it a little. The problem with many castles is that they are so dark and grim. Also, I don't particularly need to imprison or torture people, if you know what I mean...
  11. Hi All, Can I bother you with a request please? Over the last two years I've tried many modded homes, and I've found quite few I like: Bluecreek Estate (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22496//?) Candle Pond Ranch (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23987//?) Peregrine Higwatch (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33905//?) and its Solstheim twin Bayview (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32136//?) Eagle's Nest (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/34834//?) and many more... As far as I'm concerned, especially these five come highly recommended, but now I've got a problem: I'm collecting both unique armours and weapons AND unique female followers, so I need plenty of display cases and weapon racks, but also loads of rooms with beds, preferably no dorms. As anyone who has used one of the above mods will recognize, I like warm, comfortable homes with nice furniture, tapestry and atmospheric lighting. Good views are also essential. I'm not really into Dwemery stuff and I don't like living underground (although cellars are not a problem). I'd prefer to live somewhere south, i.e. without snow. So: can you suggest a home/castle/mansion that will meet my demands? Thanks! LizardSandwich
