I've been reinstalling skyrim for cleaning up reasons and now I've noticed a problem. Ever since (or maybe even before) I installed it, the textures of the female faces are kind of blurry and look bad when the females have dirt on their face and/or freckles. I've already done the HR texture pack fix and it works for all other mods. I've also tried changing the mods I use (like noticed, Bella's, Xenius's and some more), but it never seems to work for the face skin texture when freckles or dirt is involved. I've posted some pictures below (with Bella's currently active) to show what I mean. Oh, and I should mention, that I also installed a HR mod for dirt and warpaint ("Weathered Warpaint and Improved Dirt" by Xenius), which seems to be ignored on the female part. Why, I can not say. First a male skin (which obviously works) Ralof Then a clear female one Ysolda Then a blurry one Blacksmith And another blurry one Aela So. I'm wondering... is that a general problem, which can't be fixed at the moment? Or am I doing something wrong? PS: I'm using the NMM to install mods. (I've checked the folders, if the files are there, and they are. So I'm wondering why the game doesn't use them. Any ideas? EDIT: It seems I have found the problem. As I stated above whenever freckles and/or dirt is involved - to be more precise just freckles caused the problem. None of the beauty packs seem to include freckles. I haven't really found a satisfying mod on Nexus yet. Can anyone suggest one?
