  1. Back again. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has changed, nor have I been notified of anything. Is this how long it's supposed to take?
  2. Alright, thanks for answering my question and clearing that up.
  3. Hi, I have tried to report a file and I was wondering if it's normal that the reporting window disappears without confirmation after clicking submit? I have reported the same file about a week ago and nothing has happened since. This of course leads me to wonder if my report ever got through.. :)
  4. Hey guys, I've been messing around with Nifskope for a while, and have learned the very basics of the program. For instance, I can edit the textures that models use and/or add alpha map compatibility. Now the thing that I'm really not making any progress with: I've been trying to make book pages use 2 textures instead of repeating the same one on the left page and the right page. I've been using book02.nif (clutter/books/book02/character assets) as my test version. All books seem to have 5 page models and I've managed to assign different texture- and normal maps to the ones on the right (page 2, 4 and 5). When testing this in-game, the changed pages use the new normal map but not the new texture. I've been trying to discover why this happens, and I've narrowed it down to page numbero uno. For some weird reason the texture that's assigned to this particular model overlays all the other models. What I don't get, though, is why! The model in nifskope doesn't extend over the other pages and I find it strange that the normal map seems to work fine. Could anyone help me with this? I've tried everything I could think of (with my very limited knowledge!).
  5. Thanks for your reply! I already know of the meshes and the textures that are linked to them, but those are for the mountain mists and not the clouds in the atmosphere. I still appreciate the help though :) Guess I'll wait for the construction kit, see if then I can figure it out ^^
  6. Hello, After trying to figure this out for myself, I've reached the point that I realize that's not going to happen.. What I've been trying to find is some file or setting that dictates which cloud texture is used in conjunction with a certain weather type. I've figured out that there isn't any data stored within the cloud model itself (apart from the mountain mists, but that's not what I'm looking for), so I've begun trying to find something within Skyrim.esm. Of course I don't really know what I'm doing, and thus I'm totally lost! Would anyone around here know whether I'm even looking in the right place? Any tips/suggestions would be very much appreciated! This noob wants to learn :) Thanks!
  7. Thanks for the tip, Thandal. Have done that now! :)
  8. Let me jump on the bandwagon and ask the same then.. The comments on my mod, http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1785 , are disabled too. I would really appreciate a fix :)
