  1. Like others here, I logged in specifically to say thank you. Much appreciated.
  2. Once again, Dark0ne and Nexus behave with integrity and in an exemplary fashion.
  3. Simply put, after this colossal stuff up, if all mod authors simply removed their mods and stopped modding entirely I would not blame them in the slightest. In fact I'd applaud them for one reason, theft is theft, no matter how you rationalise it. The creator or author of any mod has the right to decide where, how, and by whom it may be used or shared with. Mod authors are amongst the most talented, creative, and generous people on the planet and this is how they are repaid, not only by the thieves stealing their work, but Bethesda as well. Personally I feel that mod authors should simply remove or hide their work and cease releasing content. That would render this entire argument moot.
  4. Welcome to the Nexus and glad to have you on board. :)
  5. In response to post #24731409. #24731549, #24731554, #24731689, #24732049, #24732184, #24732424, #24765784, #24779599, #24779689 are all replies on the same post. "MrJoseCuervo 0 kudos 12 posts So you think you should be paid because you had to learn stuff? You find your hobby tedious? Perhaps you should find a new hobby. " What a wonderful way to thank those who have contributed so much time and effort for the sake of others.
  6. In response to post #24582509. #24582854, #24583264 are all replies on the same post. The words "death knell" come to mind.
  7. In response to post #23086674. I strongly agree with having more protection for mod authors. I say this because I have seen content being sold in Second Life where the "creator" has clearly just stolen the content and repackaged it as their "own." This is true for content hosted on the Nexus, as well as content stolen from the likes of Bethesda, CDProjeckt Red, Tera online and others. I hope that more will be done to protect the work of the mod authors who spend so much time and effort on their creations.
  8. Thank you to The Nexus team for your continued commitment and dedication. May the Nexus 'live long and prosper'.
  9. As I've said before, the Nexus is an example of what should be occurring versus what really is. In most cases you get lacklustre service and disinterested 'experts' who are 'serving' your needs or 'providing' a 'service'. The Nexus quite simply, DELIVERS. They don't talk a good game, they get the job done for one simple reason. They CARE! Kudos to all of you for creating this phenomenon and for giving to us, the community. Thanks to you, we are able to call ourselves a community and not simply be another group of dissatisfied individuals. Thank you.
  10. In response to post #12399135. Farcebook?
  11. Thank you to Dark0ne and the team. May 2014 reward you with the success and appreciation you deserve. Your effort and dedication and tenacity are greatly appreciated. You are all deserving of the highest praise and greatest gratitude.
  12. Thank you for the post Dark0ne, it's much appreciated. Long live the Nexus!
  13. First and foremost, thank you! Secondly, get some sleep! With regard to the past few days, Richard Branson is a good example; even though he didn't always instantly succeed,he did however pick himself up and give it another go. Your efforts and vision are greatly appreciated and I will always be extremely grateful for the dedication of all those responsible for the Nexus' existence.
  14. Dark0ne (and the Nexus team) are a beacon of light in this world. Dark0ne is a philanthropist and a visionary in the truest sense of the words! Sincerely and very gratefully, thank you!
  15. Read it,appreciated the post and information in it. Been a Nexus lover since I discovered it(not unlike discovering the Holy Grail on a personal level). I'm more than happy to be a premium member and keep supporting Nexus, due purely to the fact that you've gone out of your way to create an entity and service NOT focused exclusively on making money, but rather on creating and fostering a community for us who benefit from all the effort and dedication on the part of the Nexus staff. In short, thank you all and please don't stop doing what you're doing, because it makes Nexus the unique place it is.
