I can initiate tha Conversation with Esbern and give him the codewords "Remeber the 30th of Frostfall'" but He won't open the door and I cannot hear his voice either. Also I cannot seem to initiate any of the Dark Brotherhood quests either.

I've already went to silverlock.com. I don't get how to install and use the OBSE. Some clarification and simplification would be of use. If anyone could help please? Thank You.
