  1. Note: I don't speak English natively so my grammar may or may not suck... After countless of hours trying to get any of the existing mods to work and not crash my game constantly, I decided to make my own mod from ground up. The function of this mod is pretty simple. It makes a custom race to read all animations from a different folder. This is done by creating a new set of modified behavior files. Work so far: - Generally it works. Player character fully functions with it's own set of animations. - It doesn't cause any crashes like other similar mods (at least not that I know of) (testers?) - Doesn't require any other mods than a custom race to work. Known problems / need help: - Sometimes the game plays a blank (character standing still like a tree) animation instead of playing a proper animation. I believe this happens because the game doesn't preload these animations into memory like it loads the vanilla animations. So basically the game can't read the animation from disc fast enough. This usually only happens when the game reads an animation for first time. Does anyone have a solution for this? - Drawing a weapon while mounted causes your character to glitch out and get stuck. This might be caused by other mods that I have. Does anyone else have this problem? - In theory this should work with both genders but I only play female character so I haven't tested it with a male character at all. I need someone to test this. Installation: 1. Download the mod and extract it to your Data folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6296c4cvbpak8wx/PC_Animations.zip (All the .hkx files are just vanilla files. You can use any custom files to replace them if any mod already uses these, but they need to be present in some form) 2. Open your favorite race mod in Creation Kit and set it as active file. 3. Find "Race" from the Object Window and double click the custom race you want to edit. 4. Select a gender from a top side of the Race window. 5. Click the "Body Data" tab 6. Click "Edit" next to the Behavior Graph 7. Replace the actors\character\defaultfemale.hkx with actors\character\defaultfemale.beh (or defaultmale.hkx with defaultmale.beh if you use a male character) 8. Click Ok to close the Race window 9. Save 10. Copy your custom animations into data\meshes\actors\character\PC_animations folder. Leave data\meshes\actors\character\animations empty if you want npcs to use default animations or use any custom animations. Legal: - Please do not upload this mod to anywhere else or share the link. - Please do not use this mod in any of your own projects. - You can modify it for your personal use and for testing purposes. - I will allow anyone to use this mod in their own projects when the mod is ready to be released, but please wait until I say it's ok.
  2. Thank you very much. I managed to totaly miss that
  3. only remaining question: can she look sideways without her boobs popping out...? :-)) Anything is possible in video games :D
  4. Problem solved. I needed to copy the clothing branches into the body nif file instead of doing the other way around.
  5. I have been working on a custom clothing mesh based on Asharas Ball Gown. I have pretty much everything done, but there is one issue I can't figure out. There are odd light stripes on my characters body while I wear it (see pictures). http://www.grey.1g.fi/falloutnv/ScreenShot3.jpg http://www.grey.1g.fi/falloutnv/ScreenShot5.jpg http://www.grey.1g.fi/falloutnv/ScreenShot7.jpg Any help would be appreciated.
