  1. In the other thread, you hit the report button and then proceeded to use immature language. In this thread you insult everyone and call people "retard." You're such a child. Maybe Maverick that Baby Khajiit. Show me evidence of what I stole then show me evidence of the mod on steam for sale. You proceed to promote slander in my name without an ounce of evidence then somehow believe I should sit idly by. There is no subtle way for me to describe people like yourself. Yes I reported and if you don't believe I have a legit reason, you are mentally challenged.
  2. ... wtf. I never had intention on selling my mods nor would I be dumb enough to use other peoples assets if I did. I actually made Helsmyrr for this site exclusively. I am done with this site.
  3. I don't owe anybody anything. Using resources works both ways. Majority of what I learned was from hardcore trail and error. The resources used were created for mod authors which I had credited. The added clutter put into my mods do not make up the content in the slightest. Youtube advertisers and this site are making money off my work so I don't know what thanks I owe them. So careful when you say I owe "a lot". I made my mods for me which I had shared with this community. The handful people who contributed to my work does not make up a community. I don't even care to know what you call experienced either. This is what I get for ultimately uses resources in my work. So clowns like the guy above can say I owe something to someone when investing 1500+ hours in the creation kit. Gtfo.
  4. http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/law_of_drama.png. Except the difference in this case is my name was called out before I stated anything retard. Get your facts straight before you start making assumptions.
  5. A paid mod doesn't need this site to promote it. If they feel they do, they are amateurs and that doesn't justify this thread in the slightest. There is no issue what so ever that requires this thread to exist. This thread is purely entertainment for the drama hungry.
  6. This thread is a joke and the community response that is being supported by this site is even a bigger joke. This is a shaming thread and it doesn't matter how well you sugarcoat it. Not a single modder owes anything to anyone on this site and what they choose to do with their material is their business. What I choose to do with my work OWES NO EXPLANATION. Make sense of that OP.
  7. I have never received a single donation for anything I provided from this site nor do I expect a single dime. To say donations is even a viable solution to make money is nonsense. Whats even more nonsense is saying that modders should accept this as a hobby and nothing more. Some of us actually do this in hopes that one day we can make a career out of it. To me, making money doing what I love is better then making nothing at all. Perhaps the 25% is arguably low but as person who simply downloads mods as opposed to actually making them... that doesn't concern you at all. Not in the slightest. The platform to host these mods cost money. The platform to create these mods cost money.

That platform cost Bethesda and steam a great deal of money to prepare. It is very easy to for a modder to begin work and entirely hassle free when preparing their next project. 25% is better then nothing which has been the case since the dawn of modding.
  10. Naturally the downloading community will be in an uproar and perhaps from there perspective it may feel justified. To me, all I see is greed. We don't complain when sites like the Nexus or Youtube advertisers make money but god forbid the creators of some of these insanely highly polished mods make money. This is an opportunity for them to make money doing what they love but naturally that conflicts with the selfish when doing what they love. 90% of the people downloading couldn't give a damn to provide an endorsement or a vote up but I bet the majority will rush to complain about having to pay for excellent quality mods. This opens up new work opportunities for the very people the majority of you have been milking for years. Times are changing and now you can show your support by accepting these changes.
  11. I probably should have been a little more specific. I need an animated door to close behind. Like gates for example. If I attach the script to a gate and go through the trigger, will the door close behind me and lock? I'll check it out anyway. Thanks.
  12. Anyone recall any such event that happens in game? Trying to find a script that close door behind you and reopen upon boss kill. Any help would be most appreciated.
  13. In response to post #24107669. #24111784, #24112069 are all replies on the same post. Well you can't make everyone happy. Lets not forget that not everyone will be qualified to be selling their mods as I am sure there will be quality control if the idea is ever implemented on a larger scale. At the moment the modding community is rather spoiled and everyone is making money off modders hard work except the modders. There is a problem there. I mean you look at any mod and about 1% of people care to endorse these modders. All it takes is a click and even that is too much work for the "Downloading Community".
  14. I have guards set on patrol and everything is fine there but they don't enter homes when player commits a crime. The guards that sandbox enter when the player commits a crime no problem. I am using linked Idle Markers for the patrolling guards. I had this issue with my last mod and solved it by simply getting the guards to sandbox. Is there no way to get them to patrol and enter homes?
