  1. All of my mods are completely free to distribute, edit, reupload, resourced etc. as long as credit is given and original source is linked.
  2. My character got this weird embers effect around him. Tried all the suggestions listed earlier, as with all Bethesda games, nothing worked just as I expected. Reverting to an older savegame was the only choice. It probably was some obscure mod that thought adding that screen effect was a great idea. edit: looks like it was toxicity that was causing it reactivating the mod and disabling the particle effect got rid of the flying ashes, phew!
  3. Doesn't work anymore though. It opens the standard launcher regardless. Wouldn't be a problem if running the launcher wouldn't automatically update the game and thus break every single SKSE plugin.
  4. If this is about the quest where hunt down the werewolf with Jarvul, I get the crash too. Not as bad as you described it as though.
  5. Same here for me. Constant crashing in Diamond City, could be a mod conflict though. I'll report back if I find any possible conflicts.
  6. Hearts of Stone is definitely a good example to aspire to storywise. And I don't doubt that there are non-cliche ways to accomplish a fate-of-the-world questline. Have you thought for example using mods like Beyond Skyrim Cyrodiil as a base master for your mod or is the environment design so far off that such a depency would be useless?
  7. Caesia is definitely one of the best companion mods out there but I have to agree with a few other commentators that the current outline of Shezzarine feels a bit grandiose and overblown. There have been several attempts at "Destroy the Thalmor & Become the Emperor of Tamriel" mods and I feel that the premise lacks originality. I think the concrete scale of a mod doesn't always correlate with worthwhile content and actual epicness. I don't doubt your skills as writer but I get a strong feeling that you might stretch yourself a bit too thin with this one. Maybe narrowing down the mod as an extension of the College questline since Onmund is the key character anyway? You'd still get a lot of interesting material from the Ps'jic monks and Artaeum. Nevertheless, I hope you luck and success whatever path you tread on and the most important thing of course is that you have fun while modding.
  8. Thank you so much for this! This was a really annoying problem that needed to be fixed.
  9. I'd like to know too where to get the earlier versions. I'm pretty much certain that the ingenious "virtual hd" update of 0.60 will destroy my current load order as it has done for several others, so a rollback would be preferable. I mean, the earlier version have to be available somewhere right?
  10. Same thing here too, not a slightest idea why it is happening. There was another thread that suggested it being related to bugged critter spawns. EDIT: The Perching Birds mod's page mentioned that vanilla Skyrim's critter spawn bug will make the birds spawn en masse above Bleakwind Basin. Entering "SetStage _APBQuest 20" into the console will apparently remove the spawned bird from bleakwind basin. This helped the stuttering for me at least, now the FPS remains stable.
  11. I have the same exact problem haven't found the solution to it though.
  12. Yeah, the categories don't make much sense. I wonder why they haven't merged the two already.
  13. Yeah, removing that piece of crap bloatware called GeForce Experience did the trick, everything runs as it should. Just a couple or more hours wasted for nothing. Thanks for the tips guys!
  14. Same here. I'm really feeling murderous towards the scumbags at NVIDIA. I want to say really bad things about them on a very personal level but I'll close my mouth since I don't want to get banned. Tried to roll back to a previous driver. That didn't help. Unsurprisingly. If someone finds a fix that'll be a godsend. But I doubt that since this was a 100% intentional sabotage on the part of NVIDIA.
