After looking up Anvil Mystery House there was an image with water effects, mainly the shore foam I haven't seen before in Oblivion. Not sure if this is just post process work on the screenshot or something available for Oblivion. http://postimage.org/image/23qknh3c4/ Either that or my eyes are playing tricks on me.
