If you use Wrye Bash there is an option in the Bashed Patch. Look under Tweak Assorted. That should cover all plants. Even ones added by mods. -
I had a similar problem and it was caused by a vampire bug fix tweak in my Bashed Patch. Check to see if your Bashed Patch or you have a UOP vamp bug fix loaded. You need to turn them off if using race disabler.
