Even if he moves it the bike will reset. I have the same issues, and while I don't hate the bike I hate the position it's in. Keep on running into it =/ That extra TV in the Megaton pre-war theme kills the house as well. Whatever person decided to put two TVs within ten feet of each other was thinking straight when they did it. The rest of the theme is great though.
