For a while now I've been looking for a mod that adds more buildings to the world. While I know that there are mods that already do this. What I'm talking about is adding static casinos, homes, skyscrapers that use a little resources as possible that are simply there to make the world feel more like it has been hit with a nuke and that Nevada was once more populated than it now looks. I was reminded by this idea by an image on the After War Nevada that can be viewed here. By doing this it would also make places like Primm look more like towns and cities instead of just places with one main focus/building and houses around it. I once considered doing this myself but unfortunately I have no talent in modelling. My talents are more recluded to programming and texturing. But anyway, just a suggestion.
