Silver version was beta release. There is no longer a "silver" and "gold" edition. Basically I kept the perks as vanilla up to rank5, after which the perk ranks get stronger. I've uploaded v04 and a full list of changes (CSV files) that you can look through at the changes before you use it. Also all ESPs have been separated to make the mod more friendly.
