  1. There is this mod Psyker Powers The author has just updated :), it may something like what your looking for. There is also this mod if your looking for something a little more exotic. Elysees powers mod However if you want something a little more integrated you may have to wait a while, modder's are a little bit limited at the minute, if you can wait until f4se gets off the ground a lot more will be possible.
  2. Believe me the modding community is far from giving up on this game... we haven't even started yet. Give it a year or two and the mods will be awesome :smile: Hell all the dlc hasn't even come out yet, most modder's probably aren't even gonna bother until the last update. Plus atm I'm running over 200+ plugins, and I can play for 5+ hours with no crash! That alone will draw modder's for years to come.

  5. Gonna be difficult to accomplish something like this for a while. Most modders have no idea how to import animations to FO4.
  6. Maybe you find the FEV strain in the abandoned lab where you find Virgils Cure, you could have the PC get attacked and bitten by a mutant that roams the lab and get knocked out(fade to black when you activate the FEV strain vial). Upon waking up the PC will hear the aforementioned voice in their head, and has an empty FEV vial in their inventory. You could then have super mutants and ghouls appear with unique powers, and force the pc to hunt these creatures down and loot them in order to gain the powers. Similar to the way Automatron works, where the robots only spawn after the quest starts, and you have to loot em for parts.
  7. I don't think you can use a save across multiple platforms.
  8. Yes FEV related psychic stuff is lore friendly, also psychic powers can be granted by radiation induced evolution, and/or alien artifacts. As for the quest, the Cabot quest would be a good starting off point, maybe have your PC hunting down another Lorenzo artifact to access these powers. A ring or something similar would likely be the most aesthetically pleasing way to accomplish this.   10. you could just make sanctuary's building static, and have them repairable like in this mod. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8610/? i.e. just have 2 layers or versions, when you repair you disable the first and enable the second. I don't think that's how Layers work in CK. They're really just so you can hide stuff while you're building in CK, not in the game.
  11. Really getting sick of my game being unplayable... they could at least space em out a bit. Or maybe release the patch they say they are gonna release... instead of a totally different version number, can't wait for all the dlc and patches to be done.
