ok so i couldn't install the mod manager because of the stupid admin password. so i downloaded an installed the manager on my old desktop. i then moved the all the files to m laptop via flashdrive. but when i started the client, everything was normal until an error came up when i was scanning in new vegas that i didn't have permission or something. could somebody help me out?

And why, pray tell, is that? Without using any of those programs, you are going to end up with a very short list of mods you can install. oh. well i better get it

hi im new to nexus so i'll say what im want. im trying to fiqure out how to install mods without the mod manager OR winrar and 7zip. out of all the mods i found only a couple didnt require winrar or 7zip. if somebody knows a way, plz tell me
