    Damn, sorry KiMa for forgetting to answer you in all this time... I hope that you have solved your problem with saving files... Here you can "upload" files (Mods, pictures) or "download" them, always from the main page. A topic of a mod will take you to the main page of that mod to download it, and you can download it from the "Files" icon. To upload your own mods is more complicated...
