daltonfury Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 I am on the quest "Diplomatic Immunity" and I have distracted the people, went to the kitchen, and opened the chest and it is empty. I took off my gear when the chick told me too, and said I was good enough to go in, so I did. Now my gear is not there. Did I actually have to trade it to her? ShrineGuard Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 The gear in the chest in the kitchen is any gear you gave to that guy that helped you sneak in in the first place. If that chest is empty, perhaps you gave him nothing? Or did you? You get all the rest of your gear (anything you didn't give to that guy) back after the quest is done, in a different chest.
