How to get GetGlobalValue to work for a terminal condition?

Recommended Posts

I'm trying make a terminal entry only display when a global value is set to 1. I have it all setup with GetGlobalValue [My Custom Global] == 1 and all that. However, I think the problem is selecting what to run the condition on? Subject? Target? Some reference I don't know about? I've already tried running it on the first two and also PlayerRef, but none of them have worked in displaying the entry. What am I missing here?

Yes I've considered that maybe I neglected to increment the global variable correctly, but I've already checked that and am pretty sure I'm solid.

E: Realizing a bit too late this topic is probably more appropriate for the Mod Talk section. Sorry about that -_-

E: ... Never mind. I did fail to increment the variable correctly. Didn't account for the fact that the dialogue result script I'd attached the global increment to also had a different version depending on player gender. Dummy me.
