Frosty mod manager won't launch "symbolic links cannot be created"

Hi everyone,

 

Frosty mod manager use to run fine on my computer, but after I delete the moddata in the game folder after install new mods the thing stop working for me. After I launch, the cmd keep popping out "One or more symbolic links could not be created, please restart tool as Administrator"

 

Now I have try all of these fix but none my them works.

- Run program as administrator for frosty mod manager and DAI.exe

- Reinstall Dragon Age: Inquisition

- Create a symbolic link using cmd

- Install in different drive

 

So any more other fix?
