Ozrabl98 Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 (edited) I killed the whole dark brotherhood, found the note on their leaders courpse, talked to Helseth, started the goblin army quest, but the dark brotherhood quest is stil marked as active in the journal. Caradavin Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 I killed all the Dark Brotherhood, their leader, and got the note while I was on the goblin army quest and when I talk to Helseth's second in command or whatever he is, he keeps saying that it isn't important right now. I am thinking I broke the quest, but maybe I just have to complete stuff for the guy before he will acknowledge that one, I don't know. So, yeah, I'm kinda going through the same thing. hollaajith Posted June 26, 2013 Share Posted June 26, 2013 What is the name of the Quest that is active?Is it "Dark BrotherHood Attack"?If so, then only way to finish the quest is to talk to a guard abot "Dark BrotherHood" before you kil their leader. So only way to make it disappear from active quest is through console.Open console and type without quotes "Journal TR_DBAttack 100" and press enter.
