Fallout launches as admin no matter what I disable?

Recommended Posts

So recently I installed three or so mods to get fallout 3 to work properly on windows 10 (go figure it doesnt work without 3+ mods), So far I installed the fose through vortex, the intel hd bypass and the gfwl bypass and now the game launches and seems to work but now when I try to stream it through obs or on discord I get a error saying they need to run in admin mode cause for some reason fallout 3 keeps launching in admin mode? I've already gone to my folder and made sure all the launcher files and the game exe were unchecked properties wise. what else do I do.

Game Provider ?

  1. Steam ?
  2. GOG ?
  3. CD/Rom ?

Location of installed software?

Operating system and versions ?

Because only windows 10 needs 50 thousand mods to get any other fallout besides 4/76 running?

Its not so much a error as Im trying to deny fallout 3 from having admin perms to stop messing with my voip applications.

G:\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty

What is the path to the installed software?

What is the exact wording of the message?

Why would it be obvious that the OS is Windows 10?

The point Is I help those on Linux systems too so no, windows 10 is not the only OS I work with dealing with games.

And 1 you would not Believe some of the hosed up systems I have had to fix. It get really ridiculous too.

---------------

Ok 10 "Home Edition"

Ok ssd secondary drive.

Ok, then your missing updates to the system for fallout 3, For which I just happen to have.

Now you will install all of these in a row working your way down...ALL of them. <---- This is for those that do not keep their gaming systems up to date.

Open this up "__redist" and work your way down. both 32bit and 64bit in order.

IF there is a pop up that says already installed or refuses to install ? skip it. Do them all.

Once done? refresh the files from Steam for the game and run the game from steams application first.

DO NOT use Vortex or MO2

Run it direct as if there are no outside tools.

Let us know what takes place.

Kitty Black.
