What causes these blue gaps?

So I have noticed in some Nordic ruins, and only in Nordic ruins, there are what seem to be gaps in the ceiling where I can see out of the dungeon into the blank blue world outside the rooms. It looks almost as if the textures are too short, or not aligned properly. The only terrain/dungeon texture mod I use is the Texture Pack Combiner will ALL of the packs (and up to date as far as I know). So if anyone has some insight as to what causes this issue then I'd really appreciate the help, thanks!

I attached a screen so you could see what i mean

What you're seeing is a gap caused by misaligned room pieces when that section was assembled in the Creation Kit. The unofficial patches fix a lot of these, but no doubt some are still out there. Outside of the visual aspect there isn't much cause for alarm as long as you don't try to walk on a gap or toss an item at it. You can fall through those gaps into the void.

It seems unlikely that they would miss something in a Main quest related location since so many people go through there. I actually had this issue a long while back on a previous install of Skyrim in the dragonborn DLC. It was much more severe however as the walls and ceiling of an entire hallway were missing. Anyway, I suppose it isn't a huge deal for now but I would like to fix it at some point, especially if I find more.

It sounds like the only way to fix this is with the CK, but sadly I have no idea how to work it.

Alternatively could this be a mod conflict?

Looking at my load order the only things I can see that edit dungeons are:

Skyrim Project Optimization

The Unofficial Patches

Remove Interior Fog

Everything else I have are item or gameplay mods.

Thoughts?
