Help with a new mod

So I downloaded this mod according to its exact installation instructions. because it was required for the Cannabis in skyrim mod.
Im still not seeing the animations of using, I cant use my fists because I have permanent spells that bring up boxes with commands that are gibberish to me and when I unistall the spells pack my character just floats like a vampire lord wtf is goin on?
